Losses during a cycle are measured in ml: a medium flow will correspond to 40 ml and a heavy flow will correspond to 80 ml.
As you may have noticed, these losses are not constant: in this case the second and third days are usually the heaviest!
Our heavy or normal flow menstrual panties have an absorption capacity of 30ml or the equivalent of 6 normal tampons or pads.
Our heavy flow menstrual panties have an absorption capacity of 50 ml, which is equivalent to 10 normal tampons/pads and 5 super tampons.
Be careful, the frequency and speed of the discharge can saturate the pantie faster than expected.
For the first few days of your period, choose a heavy flow model, and for the middle and end of your period, a medium or light flow model.
